We spoke with a septic engineer specialist, who did discuss this property with the county and looked at some wetland maps with them. I think building here will be a challenge however maybe be possible with bringing in the right type of fill and having the right vision. There is opportunity for a camper pad with additional site and possible pole barn for your recreation in summer and winter (ice fishing where you can snowmobile to the lot – have a storage shed with all your ice fishing gear, etc).
